  3. 2 capcicum cut into dice
  4. 3 tbsp hung curd
  5. 2 tbsp besan
  6. 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp hot chili powder
  8. 1 pinch Turmeric
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1 tbsp mustard oil
  11. 1/2 tsp Dry fenugreek
  12. 1/2 tbsp Chaat masala
  13. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  14. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  15. All above ingredients for making tikka
  16. For tikka masala
  17. 2 medium onion slice
  18. 3 medium tomato chopped
  19. 1 green chilli
  20. 6- 8 cashunets
  21. 4 garlic cloves
  22. 2 tbsp Desi ghee
  23. 1 tsp Fenugreek
  24. 1 tsp Butter for tadka
  25. 1 bay leave
  26. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  27. 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
  28. 1/2 tbsp haldi
  29. 1/2 tbsp chicken masala
  30. 1 tbsp fresh cream
  31. to taste Salt
  32. as required Water

Instructions to make to make Mushroom tikka masala

  1. Take a bowl add all dry ingredients mix it well now add hung curd again mix it well now add all vegetables like mushroom,Shimla,onion mix it all together and add mustard oil marinat it and keep aside for 15 min
  2. Now take a pan add ghee into it and heat it, now add sliced onion, saute it for 3 min, now add garlic,green chillies,tomato and lastly kaju saute it add little salt and water now cover it in low flame for 15 min
  3. Let's the mixture cool and after that grind it and make it very smooth paste
  4. Let's make tikka,you can make in microwave in grilled mode or can make it on tawa on high flame of gas, when our tikka turn little brown it's done now keep it aside
  5. Let's make tikka masala, take a pan heat it and pour oil as well butter in it, add little bit of haldi and 1 tsp kashmiri chilli now add our smooth paste of onion tomato mixture, turn flame on medium and saute it when it becomes little thick add dry masala like Coriander, chicken masala and salt mix it well and saute till the oil separated from pan
  6. Now add our tikka mix it in masala,add fresh cream and fenugreek,add little bit of water and cover it for 5 min
  7. When oil is separate off the flame, our tikka masala is ready to serve, you cat with chapati, paratha and with rice also
